Well, I decided that even if we are in a dang hotel right now, we still had to stay in the Christmas spirit! So last Saturday we went & picked out the smallest, cheapest tree we could find and a few ornaments to decorate it! We focused on stuff that could NOT be broken by the crazy child in our family....you guessed right if you thought, Ethan just now! haha! So here are a few pictures of the boys helping.....
We tried to tie Ethan up, but......
he escaped & Dylan was our next target!

Friday we took the boys to see Santa@ the Park Meadows mall! (by far the nicest mall I've ever been too!) As you can clearly see, Ethan was NOT having it! And this year I had high hopes.... we started showing Ethan pictures of Santa & getting him into the excitement of it all. He would get excited seeing anything to do with Santa! Even saying Santa perfectly! That was up until I sat him up on Santa's lap......

Probably a good reaction. I've always had a problem sitting my girls on some old man's lap that we have never met...who knows, Santa could be a freak or a pervert!
Maybe he just smelled bad. Those Santa Suits don't get washed very often.
Your tree is super cute! We were actually really surprised that Caleb didn't freak out with Santa this year like Ethan did. Like Steph said, why should they trust a complete stranger in a wierd outfit?
Holy cow! It is 3 degrees where you are right now! You must be freezin'!
Haha! Yeah it was just 3 degrees when you saw the little temp. thingy! But that's WARM compared to the past weekend & earlier Monday! It got down to - 15 degrees here & -20 at the airport!!! (where Chad's workin) BRRRRRRRRR!
Needless to say we miss Texas, Miami & any other WARM place right now! It hurts to breathe in that COLD air!
