I Cannot-a Believe-a That!

Ethan had to have an x-ray last week.... and immediately I thought "oh no!". If you know Ethan, you know why already. For those who dont I will tell you.... he is super, super stubborn & have -it- his-way type of kid. And also the fact that he is THREE and has more energy than 4 three year olds put together. So this heathen child of mine had to stay still for longer than 30 seconds..... haha. I thought he would scream, throw a huge fit, fight me, the nurse, the x-ray tech and so on and so on....

BUT NO, he was a perfect little angel.
Even when I left him alone with the nurse & xray tech guy.
WOW! I was shocked! And very proud of my little Ethan.
And Ethan was very proud of himself...all the nurses, the tech & office staff kept telling him how awesome he did and how much braver he was than even the much older kiddos. Anywho...  this was such a rare happening I HAD to share.

Ethan is just such a little ham... and people always gravitate towards him. I love him to pieces. And he says the craziest things so often I wish I had them all on video! One of his newest sayings is "I cannot-a believe-a that!" (very fitting for this post). He says it just like a little Italian child, or Mario from Mario Bros.  If he gets his feelings hurt or in trouble (time out, spankin', etc) he will says to us " tell me sorry".  He is really big on making sure no one is mad at him and telling people often that he loves them. I could go on & on about this kid... he is one huge spirit in such a tiny little body. One day he will do great things. And right now, I get to witness it on a daily basis.
I feel very lucky.

A flower for you, Mama!
